Ingredients

 
1 1/4 cups (295 ml) water
 
1 tbs (15 ml) Unrefined Vegetable Oil
 
1 egg or egg replacer
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) cheese, grated
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) onion, chopped
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) green chiles, chopped
 
2 cups (480 ml) Muffin Mix
 
1/2-l tsp (3-5 ml) salt, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix water, oil and egg together in large bowl.
Add cheese, onions and chiles.
Add muffin mix and salt; stir briefly.
Fill oiled muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
