Ingredients

 Eggs4 , separated
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Pastry flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 1 1/2 to 2 cups meat or fish filling
 Cream cheese package1
 Stuffed olives, chopped nuts or parsley

Directions

Beat the egg whites until foamy, add salt and sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Beat the egg yolks until thick.
Fold egg yolks into the whites, then fold in parsley and flour.
Grease an 11 x 15-inch jelly-roll pan, and line with greased wax paper.
Spread with batter and bake at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Invert on a damp towel and remove the paper.
Cool and spread with your favorite, well-flavored moist filling, such as ground ham, liverwurst or salmon.
Place olives along the long side and roll up.
Cover and chill, then spread top and sides with softened cream cheese and roll in nuts or parsley.
