Savannah Seafood Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1 block (8 ounces) nonfat or reduced-fat cream cheese
3/4 cup (4-5 ounces) frozen cooked whole salad shrimp, thawed, or 3/4 cup diced cooked shrimp
3/4 cup flaked cooked crab meat
SAUCE
3/4 cup no-added-salt or low-sodium ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Place the block of cheese in the center of a serving plate.
Combine the shrimp and crab meat in a medium-sized bowl, and pile over the cheese.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the seafood.
