Ingredients
| Sauterne - 1 bottle | ||
| Lemon juice - 1/2 gill | ||
| Grenadine syrup - 1/8 gill | ||
| Maraschino - 1/2 gill | ||
| Yellow chartreuse - 1/3 gill | ||
| Benedictine - 1/4 gill | ||
| Brandy - 1/2 gill | ||
| Brown Curasao - 1/4 gill | ||
| Lemon Slices | 4 | |
| Cucumber slice | 1 | |
| Fresh fruit - as needed, slices | ||
| Soda water | 1 Pint | |
| Ice - 1 big lump | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Into a large bowl, place ice lump and pour Sauterne on top.
2. Add Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Brown Curacao, Maraschino, Yellow Chartreuse, Benedictine, Brandy and Soda Water; stir well.
3. Strain the mixture.
SERVING
4. In a tall glass, pour drink and garnish top with slices of cucumber, Lemon, and fresh fruit.
TIPS
One can omit, Yellow Chartreuse and Benedictine, if desired.
