Sauteed Shrimps With Peas Recipe

These Sauteed Shrimps With Peas have been my passion since I ate them a month ago at a friend's place with rice ! I want you to share my happy experience with this dish and so I am asking you to make it as soon as possible ! What do you say about these Sauteed Shrimps With Peas !

Ingredients

 
1 pound shrimps
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
1/4 pound peas
 
1/2 cup chicken stock
 
Thickening:
 
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with
 
2 teaspoons soy sauce
 
1/4 cup water

Directions

Shell and devein the shrimps and cut them into 1/2 inch pieces.
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is very hot saute the shrimps for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the peas and the chicken stock slowly.
Cover the pan, turn down the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the thickening over the shrimps and cook for 1 or 2 minutes more or until the sauce is thick and clear.
Serve very hot.
