Sauteed Scallops Recipe
Ingredients
| Scallops | 1 Pint | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1.First, drain the scallops and remove any bits of shell
2.Place the scallops and season with salt and pepper
3.Dip the scallops in fine crumbs, then in beaten egg and again crumbs
4.In a pan, sauté the scallops quickly in shallow fat. Turning brown all sides
5.Make sure not to cook longer than 5 minutes
6.Once completely cooked drain on absorbent paper

7.Serve with a sauce of your choice
