Oysters- 30, large
 
Salt and pepper- to taste
 
Honey cracker crumbs- 1 cup
 
Butter- as required

Directions

MAKING
1.Drain the oysters
2.Place the oysters and season with salt and pepper
3.Then roll the oysters in crumbs
4.In a hot skillet, melt little butter and brown oysters quickly
5.Turn the oysters and brown the other side too
6.To prevent the oysters from sticking add more butter
SERVING
7.Serve with catsup and salads
