Sauteed Mushrooms (Funghi Fritti) Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) button mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons olive.oil
salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Saute the garlic in the oil for two minutes.
Add the mushrooms and seasonings and saute over a low heat for about ten minutes.
