| Mung bean sprout | 500 Gram | |
| Carrots | 1 Medium, diagonally & thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Ground black peppercorn | To Taste | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 50 Milliliter | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying and saute) |

Directions
add the soy sauce and stir. immediately add the water, sesame oil, ground peppercorn and sugar. stir and finally add the mung bean sprout. mix and stir until the sauce is all over the ingredients. cover and wait for it to simmer.
once it simmers,turn off heat and mix once more and serve immediately.
