Ingredients

 Snow peas/Chinese peas200 Gram, washed and halved (still in pod)
 French beans/Baguio beans in the philippines)200 Gram (still in pod)
 Mung bean sprout500 Gram
 Carrots1 Medium, diagonally & thinly sliced
 Onion1 , thinly sliced
 Ground black peppercorn To Taste
 Water1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Soy sauce50 Milliliter
 Sesame oil1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying and saute)

Directions

in a wok or sauce pan heat oil. saute onion until transluscent. add the meat (chicken or pork)-optional!, stir fry until light brown. add carrots, french beans, snow peas or chinese peas. stir fry for few seconds.
add the soy sauce and stir. immediately add the water, sesame oil, ground peppercorn and sugar. stir and finally add the mung bean sprout. mix and stir until the sauce is all over the ingredients. cover and wait for it to simmer.
once it simmers,turn off heat and mix once more and serve immediately.

i was thinking of doing something special that day after my boss send a message saying "there's no work today" and i should take a rest. so what i did, stayed at the kitchen and look for something to cook in a different manner. and this was the product! as a matter of fact, i really want to eat this again, it really taste good! ^_^
