Sauteed Heart Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
2 pounds beef heart, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons yeast
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions
Mix oil, salt, yeast and basil.
Marinate slices of heart in this mixture for 30 minutes, turning them occasionally.
Saute for 8 minutes.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
