Ingredients

 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 12 ounce basket cherry tomatoes, stemmed
 Pine nuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Chopped basil2 Tablespoon, crumbled
 Red wine vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Fresh basil sprig
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and tomatoes and saute until tomatoes are just heated through, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Add pine nuts, basil and vinegar and stir 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer tomato mixture to small shallow platter.
Garnish with fresh basil sprig and serve.
