Sauteed Zucchini Strips Recipe
Ingredients
| Small zucchini - 4 | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Rub the zucchinis hard but do not peel.
2.Cut zucchini strips of length 2 inches and width of 1/4 inch.
MAKING
3.In a skillet, heat oil and cook zucchini strips on medium flame until brown.
4.Put salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and parsley to it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
SERVING
5.Serve warm.
