Sauteed Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
| 3—4 medium-size zucchini | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 sage leaves, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon dried sage | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut the zucchini into 1/8-inch slices, discarding the very ends.
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan over medium-low heat.
When hot, stir in the zucchini and the rest of the ingredients, and cook, stirring frequently, until the zucchini is barely tender.
Serve immediately.
