Sauteed Turkey with Ham and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound uncooked boneless turkey breast, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham package | 1 , smoked | |
| 1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) mushrooms, sliced, drained | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Sweet white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oil and margarine in 12-inch skillet until hot.
Coat turkey with flour.
Cook turkey until brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Arrange in ungreased 12 x7 1/2 X 2-inch baking dish.
Top with ham slices; sprinkle with mushrooms and cheese.
Pour reserved mushroom liquid into skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 30 seconds.
Stir in wine; cook 30 seconds.
Pour over cheese.
Cook uncovered in 400° oven until cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.
