Sprinkle with salt and pepper
 
Butter

Directions

Dip firm tomato slices (1/4" thick) into Seasoned Flour then into slightly beaten egg, then into fine cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brown both sides in hot melted butter in heavy skillet, about 10 min.
