Sauteed Sweet Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 ears uncooked sweet corn | ||
| 2 tablesp. fat or salad oil | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 c. light cream or top milk | ||
Directions
Remove husks from corn and cut kernels off ears—there should be about 2 1/2 c.
Saute corn in the fat in a skillet over medium heat until light brown—about 5-6 min.
Add seasonings and cream, and heat thoroughly.
