Sauteed Spinach Recipe
This Sauteed Spinach received such rave reviews from all. Even though Sauteed Spinach is a Side Dish I relish it any time of the day. Ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine or cooking sherry
1 /4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Wash and dry spinach.
Cook spinach in olive oil in large skillet over high heat.
Stir constantly until wilted.
Add wine and cook until liquid is gone.
