Sauteed Shrimp with Green Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/2 cup fresh basil, processed in blender | ||
| 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, processed in blender | ||
| 10 ounces shelled and deveined shrimp | ||
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cooked | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
In 9-inch skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute briefly (do not brown).
Stir in basil and parsley; add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink.
Add water, broth mix, and pepper and cook until thoroughly heated, 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon shrimp mixture over rice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
