Sauteed Shad Roe Recipe
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 shad roe
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Lemon wedges
Directions
In covered 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook roe, turning once, 8 minutes or until roe loses its pink color and is tender when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; serve with lemon wedges.
