Sauteed Sesame Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. rockfish, red snapper fillets, or halibut steaks | ||
| Rice flour | ||
| Soybean milk | ||
| 1/3 cup sesame seeds and wheat-free, gluten-free crumbs | ||
| Olive oil | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Shrimp | 1/2 Large, canned | |
Directions
Cut fish into four pieces.
Dust with flour.
Dip in soybean milk.
Coat evenly with a mixture of sesame seeds and crumbs.
Heat oil in a large frying pan (it should cover the bottom of pan generously).
Add fish and saute turning once, until fish flakes with a fork, about 6-10 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
Put lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp into a small pan.
Stir and heat just to warm.
Spoon over fish.
