1 1/2 pounds bay scallops
1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Roll the scallops in flour.
Pat off excess.
Melt butter in skillet.
When hot and foaming, add scallops, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Toss over high heat 5 minutes.
