Sauteed Red And Green Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 sweet red peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips | ||
| 2 green peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, separated into rings | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Saute peppers, onion, and garlic in hot oil just until tender.
Stir in salt, basil, and pepper.
