Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe

Do you think you need to frequent a restaurant for Sauteed Mushrooms, when you can make it at home? It is served as a delicious Side Dish. You don't have to be a gourmet to judge how mouth-watering and tasty this dish really is.

Ingredients

 
4 tablespoons butter
 
1-1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed
 
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
 
Juice of 1/2 lemon
 
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Directions

Melt the butter in a skillet until hot.
When foamy, add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Toss over high heat for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley over.
