 2 pounds mushrooms, caps only
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1

Directions

Place mushrooms evenly, cap side down, in skillet with hot butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until brown.
Turn mushrooms and cook until liquid has evaporated and only butter remains in skillet.
Stir lemon juice into mushrooms.
Serve immediately, pouring the butter in the skillet over mushrooms.
