Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 1/4 Pound, trimmed | |
| Juice of 1/4 lemon | ||
| Marjoram leaves | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, lemon juice, and marjoram and saute gently 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper as desired.
