Sauteed Lobster Tails Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) melted butter
4 lobster tails, shelled and cut in 3
1 shallot, Finely chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped parsley
1 cup (250 ml) tasty dill sauce
Salt and pepper
Few drops lemon juice
Directions
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When hot, add lobster and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Season well and add shallot and parsley; continue cooking 1 minute.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
