Sauteed Kale And White Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Chopped | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cannellini beans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1/2 cup chopped plum tomato | ||
| Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Slice onion, and separate into rings.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, and saute 5 minutes or until tender.
Add kale and water; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until kale is wilted, stirring frequently.
Stir in beans and remaining ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
