Sauteed Green Tomatoes Recipe
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Green tomatoes||4 Medium, cored and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon (Use More If Required)|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|

Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat and saute tomatoes, a few at a time, about 2 minutes to a side, or until golden brown.
Add more oil as necessary.
As they are done, place tomatoes on a paper towel on a warm platter.
Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
