Sauteed Garlic Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 2 Pound, deveined | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons Johnny's Great Caesar Garlic Spread and Seasoning | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Combine prawns with Johnny's Garlic Spread, lemon juice, pepper and wine in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Melt butter in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.Transfer the prawns to the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until bright pink and opaque.
