Sauteed Fish with Hoisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Peanut oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/4 pounds flounder fillets | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ginger root slice | 2 , peeled | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce | ||
| White wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a heavy skillet, add fillets and sauté for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, till they can be easily flaked off. Drain on paper towels and transfer to a serving plate.
2. Heat rest of the oil, stir fry ginger and garlic for about 10 seconds. Mix rest of the ingredients and heat for 10 seconds.
SERVING
3. Pour in fish and serve hot with fluffy, hot rice.
