Dandelions, chopped
2 onions, chopped
8 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated cheese
Directions
Boil dandelions in water for 5-10 minutes.
Strain, set it aside.
In a shallow pan, add olive oil.
Saute onion and garlic in the oil.
Add salt & pepper to the pan.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Pour this over dandelions.
Add some grated cheese on top.
Serve!
