Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White or wholewheat bread crumbs -1 1/2 cups | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Wash and stem tomatoes.
2)Put garlic through press and chop parsley.
MAKING
3)After heating oil in a skillet, add tomatoes, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
4)Saute over low heat stirring occasionally, about 15 or 20 minutes, until tomatoes begin to soften and also not letting the crumbs to burn.
SERVING
5)Serve it hot.
