Ingredients

 1 kg broccoli, cut into small florets
 Butter75 Gram
 Oil1 Teaspoon
 5 spring onions, sliced on the slant
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Juice of 1 lime
 2 tbsp poppy seeds, lightly toasted

Directions

MAKING
1)In boiling water blanch broccoli for 4-5 minutes then drain and refresh thoroughly.
2)In a skillet, heat butter with oil and add broccoli, spring onions and garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
3)Sprinkle salt, pepper and lime juice.
4) Toss well.

SERVING
5) Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
