Sauteed Beet Greens Recipe

Sauteed Beet Greens is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish recipe. Try it for once; you wont wish to try any other vegetable for your coming parties!

Ingredients

 
6 cups packed coarsely cut tender beet greens
 
2 tablespoons salad oil
 
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar (optional)
 
Salt

Directions

1. Wash beet greens well with running cold water. Trim any tough stems.
2. In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, in hot salad oil, cook beet greens until tender, about 3 minutes. Add vinegar; stir in salt to taste.
