| Green onions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley sliced | |
| Bean sprouts | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 |
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute onion, garlic, and green onions without browning for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir and cook over low heat 5 minutes longer.
