 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), finley sliced
 Green onions1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley sliced
 Bean sprouts2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Salt and pepper1


–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute onion, garlic, and green onions without browning for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir and cook over low heat 5 minutes longer.
