 Baby potatoes250 Gram
 Baby onions - 250 gms, peeled
 Button mushrooms 250 gms small , trimmed
 Snow peas100 Gram
 Butter100 Gram
 Sea salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1.Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft.
2.Remove the peel.
3.Heat salted water and blanch onions, mushrooms and snow peas for 1-2 minutes each.
4.Drain.
5.In a pan, heat butter on medium flame.
6.Once melted, put onions, potatoes and mushrooms and toss well.
7.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and limejuice.

SERVING
8.Serve immediately.
