Ingredients

 350 g / 12 oz / 3/4 lb fresh large mushrooms
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), peeled, finely chopped
 3 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
 2 tbsp fine white dry breadcrumbs
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Freshly chopped parsley

Directions

Remove stalks from mushrooms, and chop them coarsely.
Melt butter and oil in a frying pan, and saute mushroom caps until lightly browned.
Season.
Stir in chopped stalks, garlic, shallots, and breadcrumbs.
Toss well, and cook for about 3 min.
Add lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately, as an hors-d'oeuvre.
