Ingredients

 50 g / 2 oz / 1/2 stick butter
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 100 g / 4 oz / 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
 500 g / 1 lb fillet of veal, finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
 Cream4 Tablespoon

Directions

Melt butter in a large frying pan, and saute onion until soft and golden.
Add mushrooms, and cook until tender.
Add chopped veal, and cook for only 5 min on a high heat.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add cream just before serving.
