Sauteed Chopped Veal Recipe
Ingredients

| 500 g / 1 lb fillet of veal, finely chopped | ||

| Squeeze of fresh lemon juice | ||
| Cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Melt butter in a large frying pan, and saute onion until soft and golden.
Add mushrooms, and cook until tender.
Add chopped veal, and cook for only 5 min on a high heat.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add cream just before serving.
