3.5 Cups of Water
12 Oz Can of Evaporated Milk (NOT SWEETENED CONDENSED) (NOT LOW FAT EITHER)
1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon of Powdered Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon of Hot Sauce
2 Cups of Pre-Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups of Pre-Shredded Monterrey Jack
3 Tablespoons of Butter
Directions
Put water and half of the evaporated milk in the saute pan and bring to a simmer. Add macaroni and cook until Al Dente.
In a small bowl wish together the remaining milk, cornstarch, hot sauce and mustard. Add mixture to the macaroni and let thicken slightly.
Turn off heat and add the cheese and butter. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and ready.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
