Ingredients

 
1 Pound of Lean Ground Beef
 
4 Cloves of Garlic
 
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
 
Half of box of regular, not no boil lasagna noodles broken into bite sized pieces
 
1 Jar of your favorite jarred marinara sauce
 
2 Cups of Water
 
1 cup of shredded Italian cheese
 
1 cup of whole milk ricotta
 
1/4 cups of Torn Fresh Basil

Directions

Heat saute pan to high hear, and brown ground beef. Stir in Garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.

Add broken up lasagna noodles, tomato sauce and water. Let noodles cook for 15-20 minutes until tender. Watch liquid levels and add more water if necessary.

Once noodles are cooked, remove from heat, add shredded cheese, ricotta and basil. Stir lightly to ensure proper melting and mixing.
