3 lbs. mushrooms
 
1 c. garlic olive oil
 
1 c. dry white wine
 
1 lb. butter
 
2 bunch parsley, chopped

Directions

Step1-Slice mushrooms (1/4 inch thick).

Step2-Saute in a heavy frying pan with butter,garlic olive oil, and chopped parsley.

Step3-When half cooked, add dry white wine, cover and cook until tender.
