Sausages With Bacon And Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb thick pork sausages
 
4 oz Cheddar cheese, sliced
 
6 rashers bacon, derinded
 
3 tablespoons fruit chutney

Directions

Barbecue sausages over medium coals for approximately 15 minutes.
Slit sausages lengthways, almost through.
Place slices of cheese in the sausages and press together again.
Spread bacon rashers with the chutney and wrap around the sausages, secure ends with cocktail sticks.
Place on barbecue again and turning frequently, cook until cheese begins to melt and bacon is crisp and golden brown.
Remove cocktail sticks before serving.
