 1 lb large pork sausages
 Onion1 Large, peeled
 Butter2 Ounce
 4 tomatoes, skinned and mashed
 1 sp mixed dried herbs
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Long grain rice1 Ounce
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Grill or fry sausages for 20 min, until golden brown.
Fry onion in butter for 5 min.
Add tomatoes, herbs, sugar and rice, salt and pepper.
Simmer gently for 10 min or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Place in a shallow serving dish and arrange sausages on top.
