Sausage-Ri Ce Luncheon Dish Recipe
Ingredients
1 ib. sausage
2 stalks chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. dry chicken-noodle soup mix
3 c. hot water
1 tbsp. Vinegar
Directions
Brown sausage; add celery and onion.
Cook until transparent; drain off grease.
In 2 quart casserole, put rice, dry soup mix, water and vinegar.
Add sausage mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 330 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
