Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Have ready a baking dish about 13 X 9 1/2 X 2 inches.
Shape sausage meat into 16 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish and dip sausage patties in the mixture to coat both sides.
Heat oil in heavy skillet.
Add sausage patties and brown well on both sides.
Put them in baking dish as they brown.
Combine maple syrup and mustard when all sausage patties are in baking dish.
Drizzle syrup mixture over the patties and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake about 45 minutes or until the patties are cooked through, basting every 15 minutes and leaving uncovered for the last few minutes of cooking.
