Sausage And Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. bulk sausage | ||
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bleu cheese | 4 Ounce, crumbled | |
| Noodles | 3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 2 carrots, pared and grated | ||
| 1 jar (2 oz.) pimiento, drained | ||
Directions
In skillet, brown sausage; drain well.
In large bowl, dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in boiling water; add flour, butter and bleu cheese and mix until smooth (or process in blender a few seconds).
Stir sausage, noodles and vegetables into sauce and pour into greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 7 hours.
