3 Ige. acorn squash
1 1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2c. chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions
Cut squash into halves; remove seeds.
Place squash, cut side down, in baking pan.
