 Polish Sausages - 3/4 pound
 Potatoes4
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Carrots4
 Canned French Style Beans - 1 (16 ounce), drained
 Onion1
 Cabbage1 , cored
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using sharp knife, cut the sausages into diagonal 1/2 inch slices
2) Under running water, wash the potatoes and cut into 1/3 inch slices

MAKING
3) Into a Dutch oven, layer the sausages, potatoes, green pepper, carrots, French style beans, onion, cabbage, salt and the pepper
4) Add in the 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil
5) Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and then simmer for 45 minutes till the vegetables are nice and soft

SERVING
6) Serve the dish warm
