Sausage Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Large | |
| 4 slender link sausages, parboiled | ||
| Fat | 1 Teaspoon, melted | |
Directions
1. Start oven, set at Moderately Hot, 400° F.
2. Wash the potatoes and use an apple corer to make a hole through each of them lengthwise. Fill the potatoes with sausages by putting each sausage on a skewer and forcing through the holes. Brush the potatoes with melted fat and place on a baking dish.
3. Bake 45 minutes, basting the potatoes occasionally with the sausage drippings which run down into the pan.
