Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
25 med. mushrooms, washed and stemmed
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. spicy Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Directions
In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sausage, eggs and enough bread crumbs to bind the mixture.
With a teaspoon, gently fill each mushroom cap to a slight dome shape.
Bake at 350° in a shallow pan with a small amount of white wine or sherry.
Bake until golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.

Hi, you can use any spicy sausage. The recipe calls for Jimmy Dean brand spicy pork sausage but you can use any other like andouille, chorizo etc.
